Hey Jimmy this is a great tool and I like it.
However my concern of on the copyrights. Let’s say I go online and find an article or blog post I like and start to create an eBook from it, without contacting the author or publisher of that site. Soon or later they find out, are they not gonna sue me for that?

Jimmy is not proposing you do that – you should be creating your eBooks from your own content – not plagiarize from others. The example Jimmy showed was he created an eBook from one of his own blog posts. And if you did want to create an eBook from someone else’s work, YES, of course you contact them for permission.

Kerapetsi, I believe Jimmy mentioned toward the end of the video that the article was from his blog or website. You could make ebooks from your own blog posts or from PLR you purchase (as long as the stated rights allow) or from public domain material. But you would not want to use copyrighted content without the copyright owner’s permission. This would allow you to more quickly and easily re-use your own content.

Both Christine & Dana are absolutely correct in that you’d either need to have your own material to work from or use content that you have permission to use when creating an eBook. eBooks or otherwise, you shouldn’t ever use someone else’s words or work as your own.
